We can make a single custom piece. For bulk orders, MOQ is 1 piece for 925 sterling silver, 100 pieces for 316/316L/304 stainless steel, and 100 pieces for brass or copper. We quote one-piece custom work and bulk production separately, including any mold, tooling, sample or development fees.

The sample service moves a project from design review to a physical sample before bulk production is discussed.

The final sample price is based on design complexity, workmanship, material weight and destination shipping cost. We review the brief before confirming the quote.

Simple designs generally start around US$200, more detailed designs around US$250, and highly complex designs around US$300. These sample ranges include CAD, the sample and shipping after the project review. For copper, material cost is included. For 925 silver items over 10g, additional silver material cost is calculated from the confirmed weight.

The agreed all-in sample quote includes CAD, the sample and shipping. The destination country is needed before the total can be confirmed.

Sample production normally takes around 5–7 days after the design details are confirmed.

Shipping to the United States and Europe is commonly around 8–10 business days. Exact transit time depends on the destination country, carrier and customs process.
