• Messages, drawings, reference images, CAD files, samples or other project details you choose to share.
• Records of our communication and the commercial relationship that follows.

Technical information

Our website and hosting providers may automatically process limited technical information such as your IP address, browser and device type, requested pages, access time, referring page and security logs. This information helps the website function, prevents abuse and supports troubleshooting.

You can choose to receive ORNOVAI browser notifications about custom jewelry examples, new collection ideas and related manufacturing updates. We use OneSignal to provide this feature. To manage subscriptions and deliver and measure notifications, OneSignal may process a browser subscription identifier and push token, permission status, browser and device information, language, time zone, IP address, website session activity and notification interactions. It uses browser storage to remember your notification preferences.

We send browser notifications only after you allow them. Sending an inquiry does not subscribe you to these updates, and we do not send your inquiry messages, drawings, email address or WhatsApp number to OneSignal through this integration. You can stop notifications in your browser or device notification settings. You can also contact marketing@ornovai.com about your preferences. 5. How we share information

We do not sell, rent or trade your personal information. We may share only the information reasonably necessary with:

• ORNOVAI staff involved in sales, design, sampling, production, quality control and customer service.
